3. Products & Digital Goods

All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for:

  • Digital downloads

  • Online trainings, classes, or kits

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items

4. Payments

  • Use our methods to teach or train others

unless we have granted written permission.

6. Results & Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer

Skin services and products may produce different results for different individuals.
Lewmi Skin is not responsible for:

  • Reactions due to allergies

  • Improper aftercare

  • Misuse of products

Clients are advised to review full ingredient lists and follow all professional and at-home instructions.

7. Training & Professional Use

Students enrolled in Lewmi Skin educational programs agree that:

  • They hold an esthetics/cosmetology license or are in training (where applicable)

  • They will use learned techniques legally and professionally

  • Certificates do not replace local licensing requirements

Lewmi Skin is not responsible for legal compliance in your region.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lewmi Skin is not liable for:

  • Interrupted service

  • Technical failures

  • Skin irritation, injury, or undesired results

  • Loss of income related to business decisions, pricing, or service execution

Users assume responsibility for all services they perform on themselves or others using Lewmi Skin education or products.
