At Lewmi Skin, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our services, beauty products, and educational materials, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are only offered if:

The requested replacement item is currently in stock.
If the same item is unavailable, we may offer a store credit at our discretion.

Once reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

In-Studio Services
Payments for services, deposits, and trainings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please refer to our booking & cancellation policies.
