Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Processing Time:
Please allow 3–7 business days for order preparation, packaging, and fulfillment.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

During peak seasons, product launches, or high-volume sale periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery time varies based on carrier and destination. Typical delivery windows are:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (if applicable)

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
Lewmi Skin is not responsible for:

  • Delayed delivery due to incorrect address,

  • Returned packages caused by address errors, or

  • Replacement of orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, customer is responsible for any additional re-shipping fees.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Lewmi Skin is no longer responsible for transit delays, theft, or lost packages.

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors

  2. Verify the address entered at checkout

  3. Contact the shipping carrier for assistance

If a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The outer packaging

  • The damaged product

  • Full shipping label


Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

Pre-ordered or back-ordered products will ship according to stated timelines.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order may be held until all items are available.


Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, package weight, and selected delivery method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.


No Refunds on Shipping

Lewmi Skin does not refund shipping fees for:

  • Delayed delivery

  • Carrier errors

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer


Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee the ability to modify or cancel it.
Please review items and shipping details carefully before submitting your order.


International Orders (optional to remove)

Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Lewmi Skin is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
